When you sign up for TalkIDE, you get $10.00 in AI credit. No email verification step, no waiting period, no coupon code to type in. It’s there the moment your account exists. This post covers what that credit actually is, where to see it, and what it does and doesn’t cover.
It’s real, spendable AI credit — not a coupon
The $10 isn’t a discount code or a time-limited trial with feature restrictions. It’s real credit in the same AI credit balance you’d add to later. It draws down as you use TalkIDE’s AI agents to build your app, exactly like any other credit in that balance.
You won’t see a “You got $10!” popup at signup — there’s no celebratory banner. Instead, check your Studio dashboard right after creating your account: there’s a stat labeled “AI credit” showing $10.00. The billing page shows the same thing, listed as “Initial credit: $10.00.”
It doesn’t expire
There’s no countdown clock. No “use it within 14 days.” The $10 sits in your balance until you spend it, whether that’s today or next month. Nothing in the product forfeits it or ages it out.
It covers AI compute, not hosting
The $10 credit pays for using TalkIDE’s AI agents to build — it’s AI credit, not hosting credit. Publishing an app and keeping it live is billed separately, on its own terms. One $10 credit per account
Every new account gets the $10 credit once — whether you sign up directly or join through an invite. What it doesn’t do is stack: creating an additional team or organization under an account you already have doesn’t add another $10. It’s a per-account grant, not a per-project one.
No credit card required
You don’t need a credit card to sign up, and you don’t need one to spend the $10 either. Create an account, and the credit is already usable.
