Sign-up is open
There’s a “Sign up” button in the header now, right next to “Sign in”. No invite, no waitlist, no queue. If you’ve been waiting for your email to arrive, stop waiting. Head to the sign-up page and create your account.
How to get started
The sign-up page is short on purpose. It asks for your full name, email and a password (8 characters minimum), then asks whether you’re building solo or with a team: choose Maker if you’re a solo developer or freelancer, or Agency if you’re a team or company. Hit “Create account” and you’re in.
Already have an account from the invite-only days? Nothing changes for you. Sign in the same way you always have.
What it costs
TalkIDE is free to start. No credit card required, and you get a $10 credit on signup to try it out for real. Once you’re building, you pay for AI compute and hosting, at fair, transparent rates. No seats, no tiers.
AI compute and hosting measure two different things. AI compute is what you spend while actively building: that typically averages around $12/mo. Hosting is the ongoing cost of a finished app once it’s live: that typically averages around $30/mo for a regular build. These are averages, not fixed rates. Actual spend varies by project.
You pay for what you actually use, not for a seat you’re not sitting in.
